My home needed a major renovation. Eric of BCI worked with my husband and me about our plans and what we wanted. And before any work was started, he put everything in writing with estimates for types of work so that we could make an informed decision. He also gave us an estimate of time for work completion. Even when we added changes after the work started, Eric discussed the new work involved, impact, if any, to ongoing work, and put estimates in writing. His job overseeing, planning and scheduling types of work and installations, helped minimize stress because he was always communicating with us with updates - pretty much daily. Also, by the end of each work day, Eric and his crew made sure the place was clean. The quality of the renovation was high end - inside and outside. It was professional and the place turned out beautiful! One of my neighbors said, "It was as if someone took a new house and put it in place of the old."
