We are proud to highlight for your consideration the following Escondido general contractor project that we completed for one of our clients. This was a very comprehensive remodeling project that implemented a variety of changes to both the interior and exterior of the home. Project Story
Exterior: Client looking to update the exterior of the home with new white smooth ‘Santa Barbara’ stucco finish on the house including boxed stucco wrapped columns, finished outdoor patio ceiling with a natural 6” T&G wood planks, new electrical for canned lighting and fans. New 3 car garage with a craft room, designed to match existing house with white smooth Santa Barbara finish, clay tile accents and matching windows.
Interior: Updated kitchen, living room, fireplace, powder room and laundry room.
Project Overview
Kitchen – New solid hardwood cabinetry with full overlay doors, 5-piece mitered drawer fronts, finished with a painted Hazelnut glaze surrounding a matching large rectangular island finished with a contrasting Maple Auburn stain, deep dovetail drawers with full-access hidden glide drawer slides, (2) Farmhouse Fireclay white sinks, oil rubbed bronze faucets and a pot filler above a 48” 6 burner range with griddle and specified red knobs, large Subzero refrigerator with cabinet door fronts to match kitchen cabinets, Casa Blanca Delicatus White Brazilian Granite countertops, Artisan Taupe glazed handcrafted subway tile backsplash, Rich Chestnut wood flooring.
Powder Room – Relocated one wall of existing powder room to allow conversion to a full bath with a walk-in shower tiled with an Ayers Astonia Blend tile, glass shower door, maple truffle finished sink base with a white rectangular sink.
Laundry Room – New shaker white cabinetry, Ganache granite countertop, large white porcelain laundry sink, new front loader wash machine and gas dryer.
General – All plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting to accommodate new designs in kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and new plaster on fireplace.

Bodiker Contracting is by far the best contracting firm we have ever hired. They have built for us a 3 1/2 car garage, an outdoor patio with fans, lighting, woodwork, heating, etc, two front patio roof extensions, and most recently oversaw my kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom complete remodel from start to finish.
